This book was written by James Oberg, considered by many to have produced the only credible space power theory book. He never completed his book and AF Space Command decided to publish it as an online book from Air University. When I recently checked James Oberg's web page, he says he is working on a completely revised version of the book. There is no estimated release date for that book.
The Marshall Institute published the transcript of an excellent space power theory speech he gave at the institute in 2003.
